Eligibility for Returns

- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You will be issued a credit note to be used on a future purchase.

Important:
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to:
- Return the item you have.
- Once your return is accepted, a replacement order will be dispatched
Return Confirmation & Refund Policy
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. You will then be informed whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- A credit note will be issued for future purchases, or
- A full refund will be processed to your original payment method, as applicable.
